Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to arrange the service. A parent, guardian, or authorised caregiver should arrange care where the patient cannot provide valid consent.
Website information is not emergency care
Website content is general educational information and is not a diagnosis, prescription, medical emergency service, or guarantee that a particular treatment is suitable. If you have severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness, loss of consciousness, major trauma, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or attend an appropriate hospital immediately.
Assessment and treatment
Physiotherapy recommendations depend on an individual clinical assessment. The therapist may modify, postpone, stop, or refer treatment when symptoms, history, examination findings, safety, scope of practice, or the home environment make this appropriate. Outcomes vary and no specific result or recovery time is guaranteed.
- ✓Tell the therapist about relevant diagnoses, medicines, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, risks, and changes in symptoms.
- ✓Follow safety instructions and report unusual or worsening symptoms promptly.
- ✓Maintain a safe, respectful, smoke-free treatment area with enough room for the agreed visit.
Bookings and availability
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after CareMotion communicates therapist availability, visit details, and the applicable fee. Location, clinical need, travel conditions, and therapist availability may affect scheduling.
Fees, payment, and changes
Current fees should be confirmed before a booking. Charges may vary by location, session duration, therapist, treatment requirement, equipment, or package. Any package inclusions and validity should be recorded at purchase. Please give reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling; a late-cancellation or visit charge may apply when a therapist has already reserved or travelled for the appointment, if communicated at booking.
Respect, safety, and conduct
Patients, caregivers, therapists, and staff must communicate respectfully. CareMotion may refuse or stop a visit where there is harassment, violence, intoxication, unsafe conduct, undisclosed infectious risk, unsuitable premises, or a request outside professional scope. Therapists may be accompanied or ask that an adult caregiver remain present when clinically or operationally appropriate.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
CareMotion names, branding, page designs, and original website content may not be copied, sold, misrepresented, scraped at harmful scale, or used to impersonate the business. You must not interfere with site security, submit unlawful material, or use the website to harass staff or other people.
Liability, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CareMotion is not responsible for indirect loss caused by website interruption, third-party services, inaccurate information supplied by a user, failure to follow safety advice, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective date identifies the current website version.
