1 Preamble & Acceptance
By accessing the CareMotion Healthcare platform (website, app, or offline booking via +91-91238-30795), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Using the service for a dependent (child/parent) implies you have the legal authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
2 Definitions
- "Platform": The digital and offline interface of CareMotion Healthcare.
- "Healthcare Professional (HCP)": Independent doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and dietitians listed on the platform.
- "Booking": A confirmed request for service where fees have been agreed upon.
- "Force Majeure": Events beyond control (e.g., Kolkata floods, strikes, pandemics).
3 Nature of Relationship
CareMotion operates as a Facilitator & Aggregator. We connect patients with qualified independent professionals.

STRICT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
CareMotion is NOT an emergency service. We do not provide ambulances or ICU setups.
Do not use this platform for chest pain, severe bleeding, unconsciousness, or breathing distress. Please visit the nearest hospital immediately.
* We do not guarantee a cure. Medical outcomes vary by individual. Our professionals provide standard-of-care treatment, but success cannot be legally guaranteed.
6 Fees, Rates & Payments
We do not have a fixed "one-size-fits-all" rate card. Service fees are dynamic based on:
- Distance: Travel time from the professional's base to your home.
- Expertise: Senior consultants charge higher than junior therapists.
- Timing: Visits during festivals (e.g., Durga Puja), Sundays, or late nights attract premium charges.
Transparency: The final estimated cost will always be communicated to you before you confirm the booking.
8 Cancellation & Refunds

10 User Obligations
To ensure service delivery, you agree to:
- Full Disclosure: Reveal all medical history, including infectious diseases (COVID/TB).
- Safe Environment: Secure pets in a separate room. Ensure basic hygiene.
- Zero Tolerance: Verbal or physical abuse towards staff will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Non-Poaching: You agree not to solicit our professionals for private visits bypassing CareMotion for 12 months.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, CareMotion's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost wages, or clinical negligence by the independent professional (who carries their own liability).
