Do I need my own vehicle for home visits?

For home visit roles (Physio/Doctor/Nurse), having a two-wheeler is highly recommended for easier commute and on-time visits, but it is not mandatory if you can manage travel efficiently and punctually.

What is the interview & onboarding process?

1) Application Review → 2) Telephonic Screening → 3) Clinical/Technical Interview → 4) Background & qualification verification → 5) Offer and onboarding. Typical duration: 3–10 business days.

Is there a bond or notice period?

CareMotion does not use restrictive bonds. Notice period and other terms are specified in the offer letter depending on role seniority. All benefits are subject to successful onboarding.
